  Yo, people: Steer clear of Pru-Fox realtors and their offices. You want to see the type of "Sales Professional" with whom you'll be dealing at Pru-Fox? If so, then check out Mark Arbeit from Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office. This guy should be the Poster Boy for this outfit-- before he became Pru-Fox's self-proclaimed "Realtor to the Stars," he was an assistant elementary school principal down in Virginia. You can read about how that gig worked out for him and some little boys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Not very pretty, IMHO. Seems to me Pru-Fox should do something to vet its "Real Estate Professionals"; it certainly should not be turning guys like this loose on unsuspecting buyers and sellers of realty! But, hey-- decide for yourself.
